Look for a workflow people already struggle through manually or across too many disconnected tools
Reduce it to one useful system
Define the smallest product structure that can make the process clearer without importing unnecessary complexity
Build the MVP around behavior
Prioritize the flows people actually need to complete before adding layers of secondary features
Iterate from real use
Once the product is usable, decisions should come from friction, feedback and what people repeatedly try to do
